Peter Karl Youngren
Managing Partner

Peter is currently the Managing Partner of Create Group Capital and Co-Founder of Go Create It. Create Group Capital has helped thousands of merchants across North America by providing quality, cost-effective payment solutions for all their brick-and-mortar and online businesses. CGC does business in all fifty states as well as across Canada and has been in business for eight years. 

 

Peter has founded two large-scale charities, working in over 1500 schools across fifty-five school boards. He has worked with all levels of government to implement unique educational programming for young people. To date, over 9000,000 students, teachers, and parents have been impacted by programming designed by Peter and his team.

 

Peter brings a wealth of knowledge and experience both organizations. His favorite thing to do is assist non-profits with their payment needs and fundraising goals.

Julia Gaul
Chief Operating Officer

Julia serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Create Group Capital, where she has been a driving force since joining the company in June 2020. She oversees daily operations, managing both the sales and support teams, while ensuring all client accounts, deals, and strategies run seamlessly under her supervision.

 

Julia’s expertise spans state and IRS filings, compliance, marketing, brand strategy, and customer service. She takes pride in her dynamic and efficient approach to executing strategies that deliver impactful results. Among her diverse responsibilities, Julia finds her greatest satisfaction in working with non-profit clients. She partners with these organizations to help them achieve fundraising success and build meaningful brand awareness, aligning her professional skills with her passion for making a difference.

 

With a reputation for strategic thinking and meticulous execution, Julia is an indispensable leader who ensures the success of every project and partnership she undertakes.

Charles Ruggieri
Head of Business Development

Charles “Chuck” Ruggieri is an experienced and professional sales representative with almost two decades in the payment processing industry.

 

Specializing in the restaurant industry, Chuck is extremely knowledgeable about the inner workings of the food service business and skilled at understanding his merchants’ needs.  In addition to assisting restaurateurs, he is a valuable consultant in the B2B vertical, advising C-level members on the latest technology that can improve their payments ecosystem.

 

Chuck is an expert at relationships and prides himself on his dedication to customer satisfaction.

Chuck studied Health Care Administration at Quinnipiac University where he played soccer and honed his skills of building lifelong relationships and friendships.

 

After raising his family in Hillsborough, NJ, Chuck and his wife Kathy now reside in New England, where they enjoy live music, golfing, skiing, and traveling with their family.

Kat Ruggieri
Director of Operations

Kathryn “Kat” Ruggieri joined Create Payment in March of 2024 as the Director of Operations.

 

In this role, Kat plays a vital part in onboarding new merchant accounts and nurturing relationships with existing clients. Her dedication to customer satisfaction is evident in her daily efforts to ensure that each client’s needs are met with exceptional service.

Kat is committed to helping businesses optimize their payment processing by securing the most efficient and cost-effective pricing models available.

 

With a focus on saving her clients money, she works diligently to ensure they receive the best value from their partnership with Create Payment. Her proactive approach and deep understanding of client needs make her an invaluable asset to both the company and its merchants.

Alex Haydon
Director of Sales, West Coast

Since joining Create Payments in September 2021, Alex Haydon has been instrumental in helping businesses thrive through innovative merchant services and unmatched customer support.

 

As Director of Sales – West Coast and leader of the high-risk department, Alex combines industry expertise with a passion for service, ensuring clients and agents are supported around the clock. Dedicated to staying at the forefront of payment solutions, Alex and the Create Payments team are committed to earning trust through urgency, efficiency, and a relentless drive to help customers succeed.

Josh Booher
Sales Representative, South East

Josh has been in the finance industry since 2004 after graduating from the University of Tennessee – Knoxville and began his career with payment solutions and processing in 2019. 

 

With over 20 years of experience in finance and business management, Josh has all the tools and expertise to help you explore all payment solutions available with the most efficiency and profitability.  His ultimate goal when meeting with a merchant is to ensure that the clients achieve the best options that bring the most efficiency and profitability. 

 

Josh was born and raised in Brentwood, TN and resides now in Nolensville, TN with his lovely wife and his 4 beautiful children.  He has a passion for music, golf and coaching the local youth.
